Arsenal have reportedly beaten off competition from Chelsea to sign highly-rated Holland Under-16 international Kyle Ebecilio from Feyenoord.[LNB] The promising midfielder is set to officially join the Gunners on July 1, according to reports emerging from his homeland.[LNB]The Blues were also rumoured to be keen on Ebecilio, but it is believed he opted for Arsenal due to Arsene Wenger's record of giving youth a chance.[LNB]It is believed the Gunners have been tracking Ebecilio for some time after being impressed by his strength and powerful running from midfield.
