Gilberto has revealed
Arsenal will not change their usual defensive strategy to deal with Barcelona's danger men Ronaldinho and Samuel Eto'o in Wednesday's Champions League final.
Shackling the Brazilian playmaker and the prolific Cameroon striker is key to the Gunners' hopes of victory in Paris, but Gilberto does not believe man-to-man marking would be effective.
"These are two very classy and important players and if we want to win we have to stop Ronaldinho and Eto'o from playing," he said.
"But Arsene (Wenger) has never asked me to mark them man to man, or anyone else. We just need to do our jobs well, as we normally do.
"To stop Ronaldinho we need to stop everyone else as well. If we do our jobs, we will be able to win the game but it's going to be very difficult.
"These two are very important. They have other great players as well who can go forward and we cannot ignore them. But we must pay special attention to what these guys are doing."
