Laurent Koscielny has revealed how Arsenal's French contingent were helping him settle in at the Emirates Stadium. Defender Koscielny joined the Gunners this summer from Lorient and admits the Barclays Premier League is a huge step up in intensity from Ligue 1 in his native France. But the 24-year-old believes playing alongside the likes of Abou Diaby, Barcary Sagna and Samir Nasri will help him adapt more quickly. Koscielny, who was sent off on his Arsenal debut at Liverpool but came back to help them win at Blackburn last time out, told Arsenal TV Online: "Of course, there are many Frenchmen around the club and it's been a great help having them around me when it comes to settling in. Everything is going well. "It's true that the Premier League is hard physically and is more intense than the French league. "So, in that respect, I've had a big jump in standard. But, I will keep working hard in training and I think soon I'll get used to everything."
