Franz Beckenbauer talks up Bayern Munich switch for unsettled Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner

Nicklas Bendtner would make a great signing for Bayern Munich, according to Germany and Bayern legend Franz Beckenbauer.[LNB] The Bundesliga giants are rumoured to be preparing a bid for the unsettled Arsenal striker, who recently admitted he would quit the club if he continued to find his first-team opportunities limited by Marouane Chamakh and Robin van Persie. [LNB]Beckenbauer, at the Danish Football Player of the Year Award Show in Copenhagen, was asked whether Bendtner would represent a good buy for Bayern.
