Fabregas yearns for Barca return... but only once his playing days are over

Cesc Fabregas has spoken of his burning desire to return to his native Barcelona... but only when he retires.[LNB]Speculation is rife that Arsenal's star playmaker wants a return to the Nou Camp - where he was once a member of the club's youth academy - but Fabregas insisted thoughts of a move to Barcelona would only happen once his playing days are over.[LNB]And although the Spain midfielder admitted he was fed up with the English climate, he said London would remain his home for now.[LNB] Barcelona bound: Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas (right) prefers Spanish sun to English drizzle but insists North London will remain his home for now[LNB]The Gunners captain told Catalunya Radio: 'I've never hidden that one day I would return to Barcelona. [LNB]'I have been a lifelong Barca fan. For one reason or another had to leave, but you never know what can happen. [LNB]'I do not need anybody to tell me that Barcelona is the best city in the world to live or about the quality of life there. I know that perfectly. I don't like the London weather but as a city it is spectacular. But yes, when I retire I will live in Barcelona.' [LNB]Fabregas believes he is playing the best football of his career at the moment. [LNB] Old pal: Fabregas met with Barca's Andres Iniesta (right) in Manchester this week[LNB]  He said: 'At an individual level this is probably the best. I want to focus on what is happening. There are four months of competition left and I want to be quiet and concentrate on the Premier League and the Champions League. To get in shape for the World Cup is another of my priorities.'[LNB] Fabregas was in Manchester on Wednesday with Barcelona defender Gerard Pique and midfielder Andres Iniesta to film a commercial but claimed football was not discussed. [LNB]He said: 'They're two great friends and I love to watch them [play for Barcelona] and see everything they do. But we did not talk about football or contracts when we were together.
