Fabianski hailed after Belgrade heroics

ukasz Fabianski was praised by Jack Wilshere and Arsene Wenger after impressing in Arsenal's 3-1 Champions League win at Partizan Belgrade.[LNB] The Pole, in for the injured Manuel Almunia, saved a second-half penalty to help Arsenal record a second win in the group.[LNB]"It's been hard for our 'keepers at the moment and that was a great reponse from him," Wilshere said on Sky Sports 4.[LNB]"He made a good save at the end as well. Fair play to him."[LNB]A power failure had earlier forced Arsenal to change for the game in the dark.[LNB]"We had to use phone torches," said Wilshere.[LNB]The youngster added: "We were confident, we came here to get a win and that's what happened.[LNB]"We came here and we knew it was going to be a hard atmosphere, we dealt with it well and got the result."[LNB]Wenger was also pleased with Fabianski's performance. [LNB]"We have seen the Lukasz I see everyday," he said on Sky Sports 4.[LNB]"I believe it's a good encouragement for him. He had a good game. It's important he had a good game, he has a lot of talent."[LNB]Wenger would not be drawn on whether he would keep his place for next weekend's Premier League clash with Chelsea, but revealed Cesc Fabregas could return from injury.[LNB]"Cesc Fabregas has a little, little chance," he said.
