Fab fully focused on Wolves clash
Arsene Wenger's men have the opportunity to put some pressure on leaders Chelsea and Manchester United, who clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, with what would be a sixth win from seven league games.[LNB]Indeed were Arsenal - now unbeaten in 12 matches in all competitions - to pick up another three points, it would move them, temporarily at least, above United on goal difference and within two points of Chelsea, who travel to Emirates Stadium at the end of November.[LNB]However, Gunners captain Fabregas knows unless the team are completely focused, they will face a real battle to get any sort of positive result at Molineux.[LNB]"We will have to be at our best as usual because today there are no small teams in the Premier League, everyone makes it difficult if you are not up for it, so we will have to be motivated to beat them," said Fabregas, who took his tally for the season to eight with a brace in the midweek 4-1 Champions League win over AZ Alkmaar.[LNB]"It is noticeable that the 'big four' teams have lost a number of matches so far between them.[LNB]"In my opinion, that is better for the league because it means other teams are improving.[LNB]"Everyone is striving to be better and that is making it difficult for the top teams."[LNB]Wolves were promoted last season after winning the Coca-Cola Championship and have produced some admirable displays on their return to the top flight.[LNB]Fabregas, 22, believes more sides are trying to play their way to success in the battle to stay among England's elite clubs.[LNB]"Maybe we are seeing teams throughout the division playing a little more football and trying to make passing combinations," said the Spain international.[LNB]"We should never forget that people pay a lot of money to watch football and do not want to see players just kicking the ball up into the air.[LNB]"I know it is difficult to play one-twos and things like that, but you have to try your best to make the game attractive because people pay to see good football."[LNB]Gunners boss Arsene Wenger also acknowledged the importance of 100% focus.[LNB]"We believe we can go up there and have the potential to make a result, but we know as well that you will need full concentration," he said.[LNB]Wolves may be among those clubs hovering just outside the relegation zone, but Wenger has been impressed by their performances so far.[LNB]"You know when you go to Wolves you will have tough opponents, a team who will give absolutely everything," he told Arsenal TV Online.[LNB]"They also have quality to come back in the Premier League, they did that from 2-0 down at Stoke.[LNB]"Mick McCarthy knew already what would be expected in the Premier League and that is why they are doing well."[LNB]Wenger understands the importance of maintaining Arsenal's momentum.[LNB]Tomorrow's match gives his side the chance to strike a psychological blow on their title rivals ahead of the international break.[LNB]"The season is about grabbing opportunities," he added. "We have tried to prepare well, focus well and take our chance.[LNB]"What we know now is we have the potential to do well, so let's take care of our attitude, humility and ambition.[LNB]"Then I believe we have a big part to play in the league."[LNB][LNB]
