Eboue praise for mature Gunners

The Gunners dominated their Group H clash but seemed destined to be held to a goalless draw with Olympiacos goalkeeper Antonio Nikoplodis in inspired form. The veteran saved most notably from Andriy Arshavin, Robin van Persie and Cesc Fabregas and even when Fabregas appeared to have beaten the Greek international the crossbar came to the rescue. Despite time ticking away Arsenal never deviated from their fluent passing game as they searched for a breakthrough and they were duly rewarded when late strikes from van Persie and Arshavin won them the game. "We are showing a lot of maturity," Eboue said. "We dominated this game and won it in the last moment of the game. We were frustrated by them, but we are getting to the maturity of the group. "We look very strong. Hopefully that will continue for us to challenge." The Ivory Coast international was also pleased with his own form this season but insisted that he is always looking to improve. "My form is fantastic but I can do better and I am working towards that." Arsenal v Blackburn 1st Goalscorer: Eboue, E. 18/1
