Borussia Dortmund claim
Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann is considering an offer to rejoin them.
The 38-year-old keeper is unhappy at losing his first-team place to Manuel Almunia this season and speculation has continued to link the Germany international with a return to his homeland in January.
Lehmann spent four seasons with Dortmund before leaving to join Arsenal in 2003.
The veteran keeper is desperate to play first-team football in bid to retain his place as Germany's number one for this summer's Euro 2008 finals, and Dortmund claim they have held positive talks over a potential return to the Westfalenstadion.
"In my view it was a very positive chat," said managing director Hans-Joachim Watzke.
"Jens said he would think about the offer, but also asked that he not be put under pressure to make a decision, which is fine by us.
"I don't know when a decision will come. But I can say that we are cautiously optimistic about both the talks and the decision."
