Franck Ribery has warned Bayern Munich that he won't be rushed into signing a new contract.[LNB]His bosses at the Bundesliga giants have warned they would have to sell Ribery next summer unless he pens a new deal - and Chelsea are prepared to offer £45million.[LNB]The France star is out of contract in 2011 and Bayern are not prepared to miss out on millions for him, but Ribery insists the club must improve and deliver his dream of winning the Champions League.[LNB] Red alert: Franck Ribery warns Bayern Munich aren't strong enough to compete with the best[LNB]Asked under what conditions he would stay at the Allianz Arena, he told German newspaper Bild: 'I would very much like to win the Champions League, but our team probably does not have the quality.[LNB]Admirer: Roman Abramovich[LNB]'Right now, we cannot compete with Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal or Inter Milan. They are stronger, in my opinion, but fortunately in football anything is possible.'[LNB]New Bayern president Uli Hoeness said this week that it would be 'fiscally irresponsible' not to sell Ribery next summer if a new contract was not agreed by the spring.[LNB]Hoeness said the club couldn't afford to miss out on '€50-60million' (approximately £45-55m), but the player insists he has no plans to sit down with the club any time soon.[LNB]'There won't be a meeting yet,' he said. 'But by the end of this season I would like to know whether I will stay or go.[LNB]'Fifty to sixty million are big words, but I don't think about it at the moment. I enjoy playing for Bayern and have great team-mates. Now I'm concerned with getting back (from injury), then we'll think about it.'[LNB]Sportsmail understands that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is a huge admirer of Ribery and is willing to break the British transfer record to take him to Stamford Bridge. [LNB] Stage: Franck Ribery is set to play at the World Cup with France next summer[LNB]However, the Russian oligarch would face competition, notably from Real Madrid, and may be concerned that the 26-year-old named Arsenal rather than his side among the list of Europe's best.[LNB]Reports in Spain since the summer have suggested that Ribery hasalready committed to moving to the Bernabeu next summer, but the playerinsisted: 'No, no, no! I have signed no pre-contract with Real. I haven't signed with anybody.'[LNB]I'm the boss: Bayern Munich coach Louis van Gaal watches over Ribery in training[LNB]Abramovich would make him the highest-paid player in the Barclays Premier League with an offer approaching £200,000, but Ribery said: 'Money is not the deciding factor. It plays no role in my considerations. I have a very good living, earning good money.' [LNB]Ribery has been restricted to just two League starts this season after suffering a tendon injury in his left knee during the summer. [LNB]Bayern have struggled, though appear to be turning the corner under much-criticised boss Louis van Gaal, who has guided the club into the last 16 of the Champions League and within two points of Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen.[LNB]Nonetheless, Ribery has done little to quell reports that he does not get on with the Dutchman. Asked to describe his relationship with Van Gaal, Ribery said coldly, 'It's normal. He works here, I work here' - adding that the coach would play 'no crucial role' in what he decides for his future.[LNB]Team-mate Luca Toni has resigned himself to leaving in January after voicing his dissatisfaction at Van Gaal and a lack of match practice. Ribery could be seen to be taking sides with the Italian when he says: 'Luca is a good friend of mine. [LNB]'It would be very unfortunate if he leaves because I think he is an important player and has done a lot for Bayern. I'm sorry about the situation that Luca has experienced.'[LNB] Ribery closer to £45m Chelsea move as Bayern reveal fears over his contract£45m Franck: Roman Abramovich to break the bank for Bayern Munich starAnelka eyes new Chelsea contract before finishing his days in the MLSTHE FIRING LINE: Gianfranco Zola and Phil Brown at mercy of the big boys - but find out who can enjoy Christmas cheerFOLLOW BAYERN MUNICH IN OUR STATS ZONECHELSEA FC
