The Morocco international was a target of Wenger in the summer, while the long-term injury to Robin van Persie has renewed rumours of a bid.[LNB]Wenger has previously stated that he has ended his interest in Chamakh, who is out of contract in the summer.[LNB]But the forward has said that Arsenal, along with Sevilla and Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan, still want to complete a deal during the January transfer window.[LNB]Chamakh, though, will not move until the summer, saying in The People: "Even though Arsenal are pressurising me to join them this month, I will take my time and I am going to finish my season with Bordeaux.[LNB]"There is also interest from Sevilla and Inter Milan."[LNB]However, while Wenger confesses he wanted to sign Chamakh last summer, the Arsenal boss maintains that he has not agreed any deal and there has been no contact with the player's agent.[LNB]He told the Gunners' official website: "He could (sign a pre-contract agreement) but there is nothing concrete at all between us and Chamakh.[LNB]"He is completely free at the end of the year and I have not been in touch with his agent at all. It came up in June and it's true I wanted to take him but since we have had no contact at all."[LNB][LNB]
