Cesc eyes great year with Gunners

Cesc Fabregas has assured Arsenal supporters that he is "completely focused" on fighting for silverware with the Gunners this season.[LNB] The Spanish midfielder had been keen to join Barcelona during the summer but Arsene Wenger rejected two offers for his services.[LNB]Fabregas eventually put an end to the speculation by releasing a statement saying he would stay at the Emirates Stadium, and has since earned praise from boss Arsene Wenger for his professionalism.[LNB]The 23-year-old, currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, insists nothing has changed and he will continue to approach his football in the right manner. [LNB]"I am completely focused, I know what I want to do and what I have to do," he told Cadena COPE.[LNB]"My mind is centred on what happens on the pitch which I enjoy.[LNB]"If I could not play football then I may worry, but while I still can here or wherever I am happy. [LNB]"I am at a great club, in a great team and want to do my best and have a great year."
