Carlo Ancelotti has warned Sir Alex Ferguson that his mind games will not distract Chelsea from their quest for the double.

Ferguson surrendered Manchester United's title hopes after Sunday's goalless draw at Blackburn, a result which means Chelsea will ease four point clear at the top of the Barclays Premier League with four to play if they beat Bolton at Stamford Bridge.

It is an 'easy game', according to the mischievous United manager but Ancelotti said: 'I hope Sir Alex is correct but I don't think so because I have not played an easy game this season.

Mind games: Ancelotti refuses to be provoked by United rival Sir Alex Ferguson

'It is mind games. He is clever. On paper, we are favourites but only on paper. My players will not think we've got to play an "easy game".

'I would like them to think it is a very, very important game, maybe the most important game of our season. If we win, we can improve our position in the table and go four points ahead of Manchester United.
