The Italian and compatriot Marco Tardelli, who, like Brady, was drafted in as an assistant when he took the job, has had his contract extended until 2012 and is keen to keep his team intact.[LNB]But Brady, who combines his international duties with his work as head of youth development and academy director for the Gunners, will speak to his club after the final World Cup qualifiers against Italy and Montenegro before committing himself.[LNB]He said: "I need to talk to Arsenal and I am going to do it when all this is concluded."[LNB]Trapattoni was handed his contract extension last month after giving Ireland a chance of qualifying for next summer's World Cup finals, most likely via the play-offs.[LNB]Brady believes his retention was inevitable after the strides the team has made since he took over last year.[LNB]He said: "It's only logical that the manager should have been re-confirmed, the results he has got.[LNB]"If you look at the opposite and you had left that decision unmade, people would say you were crazy, so the FAI have done the right thing."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
