Bendtner tells Wenger he is keen to pen new deal at the Emirates

Nicklas Bendtner has told Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger he is ready to sign a new deal. The 21-year-old is contracted to the club until 2012 but said: 'It is a priority of mine to prolong my contract.'
