AW hints at Gunners striker swoop
Although the striker, out of action since October, has reported he expects to return to training in the next few days, there is concern at Arsenal that he will require a second operation to cure his injury.[LNB]Bendtner will be examined on Friday, with Wenger's transfer plans dependent on the result. [LNB]The Frenchman said: "There is no way we can carry on with only one striker. The real test will be in the next two weeks with the projection on Bendtner[LNB]"If he is out for two months, there is no way we can cope. We will need someone, absolutely.
