Russia star Andrey Arshavin is staying at Arsenal despite recent speculation surrounding his future, according to a claim from his agent.
The former Zenit St Petersburg playmaker was quoted recently welcoming the possibility of a future move to Barcelona.
However, agent Dennis Lachter claims the 28-year-old would be happy to end his career at the Emirates Stadium.
Arshavin joined the Gunners for an undisclosed fee believed to be around £13million from Russian football in January 2009.
"Unless something extraordinarily dramatic happens, he will finish his career at Arsenal," claimed Lachter.
"Andrey staying depends on one man.
"We would like to know that Arsene Wenger will be at Arsenal next season."
