Arsene Wenger: Nani knows best? You must be joking!

In another year, Arsene Wenger might have conceded the title after losing five games before Christmas. [LNB]Not this season, not even with leaders Manchester United unbeaten after 16 games and Nani declaring Chelsea to be their only serious threat.[LNB] Fighting back: An angry Wenger (left) hit out at United winger Nani [LNB] 'Everybody has a different opinion and nobody is a prophet,' smiled Arsenal manager Wenger, in response to United's Portugal winger. [LNB]'Personally, I don't know who will win the league and I have managed 1,600 games. If Nani knows, he must be 1,600 times more intelligent than I am.' [LNB]United beat Arsenal at Old Trafford two weeks ago, yet the Gunners are only two points adrift going into Monday's clash at home to champions Chelsea with Cesc Fabregas fit after hamstring problems and Robin van Persie starting to find rhythm after two ankle injuries. [LNB] Fighting fit: Fabregas is set to start against the champions at The Emirates [LNB]Wenger said: 'I'm surprised we have lost five games, three of them at home to teams not normally fighting for the championship, but we are in a good position and have not paid a high price. Our home form against the big teams will be decisive.' [LNB]Arsenal have played at United, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool this season, winning only once, at Eastlands, but Wenger believes his team can still win the league for the first time since 2004 if they do well in the four return games. [LNB]FERGIE'S TOUGH MARCH TO GLORY Manchester United's postponed clash at Chelsea has been rearranged for March 1. It means Sir Alex Ferguson's team face eight games in 31 days, including duels with Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea, plus a Champions League tie against Marseille. The Stamford Bridge game will be on Sky, although it will be delayed again if either club need an FA Cup fifth-round replay. [LNB]But home form is erratic with defeats against Newcastle, Tottenham andWest Brom. Wenger said: 'We came out of the games at Chelsea and ManUnited thinking there was not a difference between the teams. Our roomfor improvement is bigger because we are a very young side. We need toadd that fraction of belief.[LNB]'It is good to feel that there is no difference between both teams but it is better to beat them and we are conscious that we have to add something that is a cold, determined attitude; a belief that was missing. [LNB]'We have a big challenge. We want to produce an intelligent game full of dynamism. That is the only way we can win these big games. Chelsea is a top team and we do not expect any weakness. We want to put a toplevel performance in and show we are masters at home. [LNB]'This is an important period for us. January is vital because we play many games in the FA Cup, Carling Cup and Premier League. The way we focus in every game will decide our season.' [LNB]  Beware of the Drog!
