Arsenal may be in the Barclays Premier League title race this season, but their chances are being hurt by a stream of injuries to key men.
Three players picked up fresh problems during Sunday's 1-1 draw at Norwich as the treatment room at the Gunners' training ground continued its revolving door policy.
Here, we take a look at the 10 players unavailable to Arsene Wenger heading into December.
MIKEL ARTETA
The creaking club captain has been limited to 10 appearances this season as his 33-year-old body becomes increasingly susceptible to injury. Came off the bench at West Brom only to score an own goal and be forced off with a calf problem just 35 minutes later.
SANTI CAZORLA
The Spain international completed the 90 minutes at Carrow Road but Wenger conceded he was "playing on one leg", having suffered a knock to his knee early in the second half. The fear is that the damage is to his knee ligaments, which would mean the 30-year-old could be sidelined for some time.
FRANCIS COQUELIN
One of the biggest blows for Wenger and his side came when the 24-year-old defensive midfielder injured his knee in the West Brom defeat. Having established himself in the heart of the Arsenal midfield, the former France Under-21 international will be missing for the next three months.
KIERAN GIBBS
Scored the equaliser in last month's north London derby draw at home to Tottenham but was not included in the matchday squad at Carrow Road. The England full-back has suffered his own calf injury but it remains unclear how long he will be missing for.
LAURENT KOSCIELNY
The France defender began the club's injury woes on Sunday after taking a kick to his hip inside the opening 10 minutes against Norwich. He hobbled off the pitch in obvious pain, but Wenger will be hoping it is nothing more serious than a sore side as he will be keen to keep his first-choice centre-back pairing together.
TOMAS ROSICKY
The experienced midfielder's last Arsenal appearance came in a May's goalless draw with Sunderland - but even that was a nine-minute cameo as a late substitute. A knee problem leaves the 35-year-old Czech Republic international out of the picture and unlikely to be handed a new deal when his current contract expires in the summer.
ALEXIS SANCHEZ
Unquestionably the biggest loss, Sanchez pulled up with a hamstring problem as Arsenal went in search of a winner on Sunday. Wenger had admitted before the game that the former Barcelona forward had suffered a "small alarm" in his hamstring after his Champions League heroics against Dinamo Zagreb, but insisted the player was fully fit ahead of the trip to Norfolk.
THEO WALCOTT
The England forward is nearing a return having picked up a calf injury during the Gunners' 3-0 Capital One Cup defeat at Sheffield Wednesday in October. Had been enjoying a run playing down the middle rather than out wide and could feature against Sunderland on Saturday thanks to a timely return to fitness.
DANNY WELBECK
Like Rosicky, Welbeck has not featured this season and underwent knee surgery in September. The former Manchester United man last played over seven months ago and is set to be out until the new year, with a lack of match-fitness then likely to mean he will need time to get back to his best.
JACK WILSHERE
Yet another player who has not kicked a ball in anger this term, Wilshere's injury nightmare continued with a leg fracture on the final day of pre-season. The England midfielder has missed plenty of football over the past three years due to a number of ailments and his comeback, whenever that may be, will have to be controlled in an attempt to prevent further setbacks.
