The Ivory Coast international was widely expected to follow Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Adebayor out of the Emirates this summer after a turbulent season which saw him booed by his own fans. Conjecture surrounding his future has seen him linked with a move to Fiorentina, but Eboué has denied there being any possibility of him going any where. "Even when people were booing me last season, I never said I wanted to move," he told the Sun. "The aim is to keep improving and to win a trophy. I have two more years at Arsenal. If they want me to sign for longer, I will do that. I love this club. "I am very happy, because I have a new partnership with the fans and now we are all together. "They understand I will always give 100 per cent for this team and it helps me to know I have the confidence of the boss. "Last season was difficult. I wanted to give my best and it didn't always happen. But I have forgotten everything that happened with the fans. Now they sing my name and I thank them for their support." Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hailed Eboué's change in attitude since last season. Speaking after the Celtic match, which Arsenal won 3-1 on aggregate, the Frenchman, who is now preparing for a Premier League clash against Manchester United, said: "The thing about Emmanuel Eboué is that he is a guy who needs to be loved. "It was difficult for him last season and there was a turning point after he was sent off at Tottenham [in February]. For a while it was very uncertain for him. But he has not talked, he has worked and he has talent. "I believe he has matured as well, because what has happened to him has made him stronger. You have to deal with that or give in."
