Arsenal send Carlos Vela and and Pedro Botelho on loan to Spainish clubs

Arsenal have announced Mexico strikerCarlos Vela and Brazilian defender Pedro Botelho will spend the 2011/12season on loan with Spanish Primera Division clubs. The 22-year-old Vela, who spent the second half of last season on loan at West Brom, is to join Real Sociedad subject to a medical, while Botelho, 21, will move to newly-promoted Rayo Vallecano, the Gunners confirmed on their official website.
