Arsenal to sign Giroud after Euro 2012

Arsenal will formally announce the signing of Olivier Giroud after Euro 2012 according to talkSPORT. 

According to reports in France, a deal has been made to take the striker to the Emirates. The only formality is to announce the deal which has been agreed and this will be done once the tournament has finished. 

The 25-year-old scored 33 goals in 71 league appearances for Montpellier, who won the title this season in France for the first time. This season he scored 21 times for the champions which alerted a host of European clubs. Once Wenger announced his interest, Giroud was only interested in Arsenal and its set to be announced at the end of this month. 

The contract is understood to be four years in a deal thought to be in the region of £12million.
