Arsenal star Abou Diaby wants a more careful regime to limit his injury problems

Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby will undergo a more careful regime in future in order to limit the kind of injuries that have limited his appearances in recent seasons.[LNB]Diaby suffered foot injuries in both 2006 and 2008 which kept him out of action for several months.[LNB]He is currently preparing with the France squad for the World Cup, and is determined to prepare meticulously.[LNB] Key man: But Abou Diaby has often suffered with injury while with Arsenal[LNB]Diaby told L'Equipe: 'Indeed, injuries have slowed down my development.[LNB]'But I have to hold on and sustain my efforts, so today I am in the French team group to prepare for the World Cup.
