Arsenal are tracking the progress of Anderlecht's teenage striker Romelu Lukaku. The 16-year-old is one of the hottest prospects in European football, and Wenger sent his former captain Tony Adams to watch him over the weekend. Adams watched Lukaku score the second goal of the game in Anderlecht's 2-0 win over Charleroi on Saturday. The teenager has already played 11 matches in the league and Europa League for the Belgian side this season, and also plays for the France Under 21 side. The 6"4' striker has already been linked with a number of European giants, including Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea, as well as Real Madrid and AC Milan. Anderlecht general manager Herman van Holsbeeck said last week: 'Ever since he started to play, they've been calling for him. But I immediately hang up the phone then. It's good that we managed to keep such a player. 'Together with him and his family we made some agreements concerning the future. I think it's better for him to stay here for a while. Meanwhile, some teams have asked to buy him, but let him play with us for a while. We won't do that.'
