Arsenal insist Cesc Fabregas will not be sold

'This year is going to be the one, I am sure of it,' said Fabregas. 'I don't think it is ever our expectation to finish fourth. We want to win and we will never start a season thinking we will only fight for fourth place I don't think we would be here if we felt like this. 'I have said many times that Arsenal is a big club. We haven't won a trophy for four years, so what? Every big club goes through dry patches and difficult moments, you could say now is one of them at Arsenal. 'But we have to be stronger than ever, we have to all be positive about it. If we start thinking like fourth is the target we will go nowhere. We must be positive, we have quality here and the boss believes in all of us.' Fabregas has been linked with both Barcelona and AC Milan during the summer but Arsenal will not consider offers for the 22-year-old Spain international. 'There is absolutely no chance of us selling Cesc,' said Hill-Wood. 'All this talk is just fabrication. Cesc is happy at Arsenal as far as I am aware. We are pretty happy with the players we have got. Everyone says we've got a very small squad but we played a lot of youngsters in the Emirates Cup and not one of them looked out of place. 'Arsene is talking about adding one or two to the squad and there is a certain amount of money he has to spend. If Arsene wanted to buy a decent player he could, as long as the figure was not ridiculous.'
