The Daily Mail claims Gelo Canales, the player's father and agent, has met with Arsenal officials to discuss the details of a possible move to the Premier League. [LNB]Real Madrid have also expressed an interest, but Gelo Canales said: "I won't discount any option. My son will go to a club where he will play plenty of football. That's what interests us." [LNB]Arsenal have coped well despite injuries to key forwards Robin van Persie and Nicklas Bendtner. And with Theo Walcott now fit to return against Bolton on Wednesday, Arsène Wenger may yet decide against making a January transfer. [LNB]There is positive news surrounding Bendtner, who is targeting the fixture against Aston Villa on Jan 27 for his first match since the end of October. [LNB]The form and fitness of Walcott and Bendtner over the next fortnight will also be major factors in deciding whether Wenger does recruit another striker during the January transfer window. [LNB]"Denison and Walcott are available," said Wenger. "It is a big boost of course because they were out for a while and it gives us some fresh players. Walcott has been unlucky with some small, niggling injuries." [LNB]Steve McClaren's FC Twente are interested in taking Jack Wilshere on loan but Wenger will wait until the end of the transfer window before making a decision. [LNB]
