29 January 2014 10:17

The Daily Mirror goes into transfer gossip overdrive today and the Daily Star seems to agree that Schalke’s Julian Draxler will become an Arsenal player before the end of the week.

The Mirror also reports that Thomas Ince is torn between a move to either Stoke of Swansea. Either way it seems the son of Paul will be leaving Blackpool this transfer window.

Fulham are said to be in ‘advanced talks’ with Olympiacos striker Kostas Mitroglou in an £11million deal whilst West Brom are also preparing for some late transfer activity.

Albion boss Pepe Mel is pursuing Burnley’s prolific striker Danny Ings, and is also rumoured to be interested in Valencia’s £8million-rated Jonas as he looks to offload the controversial Nicolas Anelka.

Southampton’s talented youngster Luke Shaw is another player in the news and it has been suggested that he will favour a summer move to boyhood idols Chelsea rather than Manchester United.
