Sir Alex Ferguson reckons Arsenal are a major threat in the race for the Barclays Premier League title because they have an 'easier' run-in than fellow contenders Manchester United and Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger's side looked to be out of the running following back-to-back defeats by their title rivals at the beginning of February.

But Chelsea's shock defeat to Manchester City last weekend and United's loss at Everton a fortnight ago, has brought the Gunners back into contention.

And with Chelsea occupied by the FA Cup this weekend and United notplaying until Saturday evening, Arsenal could temporarily move to thesummit of the League table with a comprehensive win over strugglingBurnley at the Emirates.

'Arsenal are bang in the frame now,' Ferguson told The Sun. 'They have the easiest programme on paper and it will be an interesting run-in.'

However the Old Trafford boss is confident his side can with theirfourth straight title, because they have the bottle and the know-how togo all the way.

'We have shown time and time again that this football club has determination. 'We don't give in and that is a good quality.

'You will see that in the remainder of the season. We won't give in.

'You have to focus at the turn of the year and make sure you don'tmake mistakes. 'We lost to Everton and we were a bit tired. But werecovered.'
