Wenger: His youth development record sealed deal[LNB]Arsenal have snapped up Feyenoord wonderkid Kyle Ebecilio under the noses of Barclays Premier League rivals Chelsea. The 16-year-old midfielder will join Arsenal on a three-year contract on July 1 with the Gunners set to pay the Dutch club around £500,000 in compensation for Ebicilio's training costs.[LNB]Chelsea had been leading the chase for the teenager, who has represented Holland at under-15s under-16s level, and thought they were close to striking a deal.[LNB]But Arsenal's outstanding record of youth development under manager Arsene Wenger sealed the deal. [LNB]However Feyenoord are upset at losing another young star following Ebecilio's cousin Jeffrey Bruma move to Chelsea in similar circumstances.Feyenoord technical director Leo Beenhakker said: 'We did what we could do by offering the kid a contract on time. But he wanted to wait, again this is his right. That he now goes to Arsenal, means that we only get a training allowance.[LNB]'This is the story of (Chelsea defender Jeffrey) Bruma, he was also a great talent that unfortunately never played for us. I treasure Ebecilio highly."[LNB] Lionel Messi reveals he'd love Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas to join him at Barcelona WORLD CUP 2010: Sol sore: Campbell hits out at England boss Fabio Capello for shattering his World Cup dream ARSENAL FC
