Arsenal and Manchester City will head the summer chase for Inter striker Mario Balotelli who has been told he can leave the club.

The 19-year-old has clashed with manager Jose Mourinho this season, limiting his opportunities, and on Tuesday he threw his shirt on the ground after being jeered by his own fans during the 3-1 Champions League defeat of Barcelona at the San Siro.

That has proved the final straw for the Italians who have reluctantly decided to let Balotelli go.
