Arsenal's Andrey Arshavin thinks so Andrey Arshavin last night raised serious doubts that he would play for Arsenal again this season by revealing he had suffered not one but two muscle tears against Barcelona nine days ago. Arsene Wenger initially played down fears that his Russia forward would be out till next term by saying a calf injury should have healed in time for Manchester City's visit on April 24. But the 28-year-old admitted a scan revealed complications. 'Unfortunately, it found not one torn muscle, but two,' he said. 'A torn calf muscle, as I expected, but still there is a tear in the adductor, where it connects to the groin. 'I hope that I will be back by the match with Manchester City on April 24.
