The Gunners were 1-0 up through Denilson's free-kick when Almunia kept out Geovanni's spot-kick.[LNB]The keeper denied it was the key moment of the match, telling ESPN: "I was confident we would score more goals.[LNB]"I was lucky today and I had the luck to save a penalty and help my team.[LNB]"Maybe it wasn't the best penalty for him (Geovanni) but I admire him a lot. He's a great player."[LNB]He added: "It's an important win for us: three points despite not playing well."[LNB]Eduardo and Abou Diaby scored goals after Almunia's save and the France midfielder said: "The first half it was a bit slow.[LNB]"We know that when we move the ball and we move well we can be very dangerous and we showed that tonight. Tonight is a good result."[LNB]Boss Arsene Wenger admitted his side had not been at their best.[LNB]"Not for 90 mins but I knew today it was a difficult game because we had two physical games against Liverpool and Burnley," said Wenger.[LNB]"For me the most important thing was the win.[LNB]"We were a bit lucky because Almunia saved us with the penalty but after that I still felt we deserved to win.[LNB]"I think what we have done this week is remarkable because we had two difficult games away from home and Hull had not played in midweek."[LNB]With Manchester United having lost to Fulham today, Wenger said: "We are in the fight, This team want success. They deserve success. Let's be humble and consistent."[LNB][LNB]
