Agent: Toure is Premier League-bound

Yaya Toure's agent claims the Barcelona midfielder has already signed a deal with a Premier League club - and will arrive after the World Cup. Toure has long been linked with a move to England with Manchester City, captained by his older brother Kolo, thought to be leading the race for his signature. City's cross-town rivals United are also reportedly interested, while Kolo's former club Arsenal have been monitoring him for several years and Tottenham have also been linked with him following their fourth-placed finish in the Premier League. "If everything goes well, Yaya will go to England," Dimitri Seluk told Ona FM. "But we can't talk about definite clubs. We already have a closed deal, and all will be resolved before the World Cup." Toure joined Barcelona in a nine million euro deal from Monaco in June 2007 and immediately became a regular in the team, adapting to a more defensive midfield role. The Ivory Coast international was a key member of the stunning Barca side that lifted six trophies in 2009 and he extended his stay at the Nou Camp only last summer - but he fell out of favour in the latter part of the season. A sticking point for interested clubs could be the high transfer fee Barca are likely to demand, with the Catalan giants reportedly slapping a 36million euro price-tag on the 27-year-old. Seluk added: "It seems to me too much money. His club have shown they want him to leave, it's not normal that they're asking for this amount. "If (Barca president Joan Laporta) likes Toure so much, he could have explained why he didn't play so much. "This year we haven't spoken to him even one time, and if he leaves it's because that was lacking." Some reports have suggested Toure could be used in a part-exchange deal to take Cesc Fabregas back to Barca from Arsenal, although with that deal still a long way from any agreement, it seems those reports are off the mark.
