Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is digging deep to find the positives as he battles back from a horrific double leg break suffered after a tackle from Stoke City's Ryan Shawcross. [LNB]The Welshman is three months into a rehabilitation process expected to stretch into next year, robbing him of the chance to build on what had been a breakthrough campaign.[LNB]But the 19-year-old has shown tremendous maturity to rise above the magnitude of the injury and ultimately seek to benefit from his plight. [LNB] Horror: Aaron Ramsey was left with a double leg break after a crunching tackle by Ryan Shawcross[LNB] [LNB] 'I am feeling good, positive,' he told Arsenal's official website. 'I can see little improvements so it is encouraging at the moment. [LNB]'I think the positive is that it can test what sort of character you are, whether you can come through it and come out a better person for it at the end. Hopefully that's what I can do.'[LNB]'At the moment it may feel like everything is against you but it will be ok in the end.'[LNB]Ramsey has been overwhelmed by the support from Arsenal fans and others alike. He has received calls from other sections of the elite sporting world, namely F1 Champsionship leader Mark Webber, and former Liverpool man Djibril Cisse.[LNB]Up and about: Ramsey has been encouraged to exercise his right leg, and showed off his progress on the final day of the season[LNB]'They have had similar injuries and they rang up just to reassure me that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and that you can come back and compete at the high level like he is now.'[LNB]But even now the youngster still doesn't seem confident reliving the day that could have ended his career. [LNB]'I remember obviously being on the floor calling for help, and then the next thing being in the hospital,' he refelcted tentavtively, instead accentuating the positives.  [LNB]'I was back up on my feet a couple of days after the operation. I have a pin in my leg and the nurses have encouraged me to get on my feet so things don't start to stiffen up - my calf and ankle and things like that.[LNB]'They know what they are doing. The other option was having my leg in a cast not being used for God knows how many months, so it has its benefits.[LNB]'Of course it has been boring at times. Although they wanted me on my feet they also wanted me to rest loads. [LNB]'It was very boring sitting on my sette just watching daytime TV. But I had support from family and friends, they were coming round to help out. [LNB]Ramsey is also wary of setting himself any unrealistic targets.[LNB]'They have told me to take it every few weeks, every month,' he explained. 'I basically have to build my muscle back up to handle my body weight on one leg. [LNB]'As soon as that is back up and the bone has heeled fully I can start running again.'[LNB] Cesc Fabregas MK II: Aaron Ramsey shows he can fill in for Arsenal captainAaron Ramsey snubs Ryan Shawcross apology as Arsenal midfielder struggles to come to terms with horror leg breakEduardo surgeon backs Arsenal youngster Aaron Ramsey to recover from horrific broken legStoke City 1 Arsenal 3: Hitmen are out to destroy my kids, fumes Arsene Wenger [LNB]
