Perez replaces Maxi Rodriguez for Germany friendly

Benfica's Enzo Perez has been called up to replace injured Newell's Old Boys winger Maxi Rodríguez in Wednesday's friendly against Germany.

Maxi, formerly of Liverpool, is suffering from a left knee injury and is undergoing tests to establish the seriousness of the problem.

The Germany-Argentina friendly on August 15 in Frankfurt will act as a warm-up for qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
