Tokarczyk arrival gives Montrose boss Hegarty selection dilemma

Montrose will add goalkeeper Alex Tokarczyk to their squad for the visit of East Fife.

Manager Paul Hegarty has yet to decide if Tokarczyk, who has joined on-loan from Falkirk, will start ahead of Jordan Millar.

Terry Masson returns to contention after suspension but Ross McCord (knee) and Paul Watson (groin) remain sidelined.

Hegarty said: "East Fife are the form team in the league and their four wins in a row have put them right back into the title race.

"This will be a tough game but we have taken seven points from the last nine, so we do not need to be fearful."

East Fife player-manager Gary Naysmith is the only doubt for the Bayview side as he is suffering from a hamstring injury.

Naysmith said: "We have been fortunate to put points on the board while other teams have been getting their games called off.

"When the outstanding games get played, teams will be cutting each other up so if we keep winning we will be in a strong position.

"It will not be easy as Montrose have been strong at home throughout the season. They have more games at their place than any other side apart from the leaders Elgin."
