Duo set for `debuts'

Arbroath will give second `debuts' to midfielder Ross Chisholm and striker Graham Bayne as they look to beat Forfar and climb into a play-off place at their expense.

Chisholm will play after returning from Bulgaria, while Bayne is back in senior football after leaving Dundee at the end of last season and the Red Lichties have been further boosted by the availability of goalkeeper Scott Morrison following a wrist injury.

Player-manager Paul Sheerin said: "Both Ross and Graham know this club well from spells here earlier in their careers and they are really keen to get playing for us again.

"We haven't played now for three weeks so kick-off cannot come quick enough for what will no doubt be a tight game."

Forfar signed long-serving Arbroath goalkeeper Darren Hill this week and manager Dick Campbell is contemplating handing him a debut at his former Gayfield home.

The Loons have also included midfielder Jordon Brown, who has joined on loan from Aberdeen, however Michael Bolochoweckyj misses out through a ban.

Campbell said: "Jack Hamilton is with us for this game before returning to Hearts and I still have to pick between him and Darren for this game. It is a fortunate position to be in and it is a tough call, so I will make my mind up once we get to Gayfield.

"We've been in a play-off place all season and don't want to let it go, especially in a derby occasion such as this."
