Gordon can't face Clyde

Arbroath will be without Liam Gordon against Clyde.

Gordon misses out due to a hamstring injury, with Adam Hunter also absent with an ankle problem. Ricky Little is set to return, though, as the Red Lichties search for their first win of 2015.

Manager Allan Moore said: "We need to get winning again to put pressure on Albion Rovers at the top before playing them next week.

"We have gone from a side that could score with ease to one that is struggling to find the net and losing games as a result. Hopefully things will fall back into place against a Clyde team that have improved recently."

Clyde manager Barry Ferguson is hoping to add two loan signings to his squad before kick-off at Gayfield after being left low on numbers.

Steven McDougall is suspended and Ross Fisher (broken nose), Scott Ferguson (knee) and Scott McLaughlin (broken arm) all miss out along with Paul Slane, who was ill during Tuesday night's 2-0 defeat at Elgin City.

Mark McLaughlin is also struggling to make it, and Ferguson said: "We will just get on with things and hopefully get another couple of bodies on board to bolster numbers.

"The players that come in have the chance to stake a claim for a regular place in the team."
