Arbroath manager traditions

|Stick around for success Paul Sheerin is the 26th manager of the Lichties - all in the post WW11 era. Only three managers in our history have lasted more than 3 years - the legendary Bob McGlashan (who served 50 years as player, secretary manager etc) until 1946, Alex Cheyne (1949-55),  the legendary Albert Henderson (1962-79) and perhaps surprisingly, John McGlashan (2005-9) The number of managers that served no more than a season is marked around 1990 - in  the depths of our 18 year sojourn in Division 3.   It seems a manager needs to be around for at least 3 years to make any impact  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Arbroath_F.C._managers       http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Arbroath_F.C._managers
