From the Herald: On the signing front things have been quiet over the past week although the boss admits he hopes to have more to report early next week.
He explained: “I have been speaking to people and I hope to have another signing tied up by Monday night.
“We are still waiting to hear what Steven Doris wants to do and hopefully we can also clear that up by the end of next week and things will be a bit more concrete.
“But with Doris and Colin Hamilton it is just a waiting game.
“Big Hammy seems keen to go on trial at Notts County but if he does move obviously there will be the compensation issue with that.
