Queens Park cruise to victory
Queens Park moved into the Scottish Third Division play-off places with a 3-0 home win over rivals Annan.
Michael Daly opened the scoring in the 27th minute with a sensational 30-yard strike.
Aaron Muirhead almost equalised for Athletic five minutes later, but his close-range header was straight at home goalkeeper Adam Strain.
Jamie Longworth notched the all-important second in the 59th minute courtesy of a cool finish before Craig Smith grabbed another five minutes from time, converting from inside the penalty area after Longworth's initial six-yard effort was parried by Craig Summersgill.
Queens Park are now fourth in the Third Division, one point ahead of Annan although they have played two more games.
