Annan without four

Second-placed Annan will be without four players against Stirling Albion.

Goalkeeper Kenny Arthur is out with an ankle injury while Iain Chisholm (knee), Peter Weatherson (knee) and Steven Logan (foot) are also absent.

Galabank manager Jim Chapman is a huge fan of the League 2 title race that sees the top four sides play each other this weekend.

"Every game just now has a huge significance on your season and any one of four teams could go top," he explained. "You have to be at your best for every single game.

"We face a tough task against an experienced Stirling side however I am looking forward to it."

Stirling Albion have doubts over goalkeeper David Crawford who has an ankle knock and Chris Smith who is struggling with a knee injury as they look to pick up their first away win in nearly three months.

The Forthbank side topped the table briefly last week before late goals saw both Annan and East Stirling jump above them.

"When our 3-0 win over Queen's Park finished we were top, however things were turned around just five minutes later," manager Greig McDonald said.

"Going to Annan and winning will be difficult but knowing how close we are to being league leaders should East Stirling drop anything is a great motivation."
