Weatherson adds to Annan absentees
Annan host bottom of the table Queen's Park still reeling from the news that they will be missing Peter Weatherson for the rest of the season.
Weatherson has suffered a knee injury and the former Morton man is joined on the sidelines by the injured Iain Chisholm (knee), Steven Logan (foot), Chris Jardine (hamstring) and David Hopkirk (foot), as well as goalkeeper Alex Mitchell who has been ill.
Galabank manager Jim Chapman said: "We have had a disappointing time of things with injuries and Peter's injury has left everyone deflated. We need to pick ourselves and be ready to face a Queen's Park side that are better than their points total would suggest."
Long-term injury absentees Grant Mosson and James Baty have been passed fit for Queen's Park but a lack of game time means they will miss the trip.
"We know that we need to up the performance levels from what we saw against Montrose last week," said head coach Gardner Speirs. "We need a win that will kick start our season so we will look to be positive and take the game to Annan.
"Our players are giving a lot to turn things around and hopefully they will get a reward for their efforts in this game."
