Swinglehurst back to boost Annan

Annan welcome back defender Steven Swinglehurst against Montrose after the defender shook off the hip injury that kept him out of last Saturday's 2-2 draw with promotion favourites Peterhead.

Chris Jardine misses out after picking up a training ground knock on Thursday night while Danny Graham is sidelined with a broken toe.

Galabank boss Jim Chapman said: "We did well at Balmoor but, as always, there were a couple of things that we could do better. We have worked onthem this week and hopefully we will put them into action against a Montrose side who have a few players back from suspension."

Montrose include the now available David Gray, Garry Wood and Paul Watson, however Ricky McIntosh drops out of contention after his red card in last Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Stirling.

Manager Stuart Garden has no injury worries to contend with and he is anticipating a tough clash.

"They (Annan) will be flying after putting on a good performance at Peterhead. They will be looking to build on that at our expense," he said.

"Ricky's dismissal was costly last week however we played well with 10 men and if can do that with 11 we have a chance of picking up a decent result."
