David Ferguson fit for Annan

League leaders Annan have on-loan Motherwell defender David Ferguson available after a knock when they meet East Stirling at Galabank.

Josh Todd is also expected to return after a knock but Greig McDonald has been ruled out with a calf problem.

Annan manager Jim Chapman said: "We came through a very tough Scottish Cup replay in midweek against Inverurie Locos without being at our best. We found a way to win and that is a good attribute to have.

"East Stirling are a good side that don't always get the credit they deserve and having beaten us already this season they will be out to do the same again."

East Stirling will be missing striker Billy Vidler, who has a knee injury, with Reece Donaldson also missing out through suspension.

However, on-loan Alloa man Aron Lynas returns from a ban.

Head coach Craig Tully said: "Galabank is a tough venue to go to and Annan are a big, strong and physical side who have experience in key areas and we will need to deal with all that.

"But we beat them earlier this season and we will take confidence from that. Our away form has not been great but winning at the home of the league leaders would be a terrific way to change that record."
