Swinglehurst misses out for Annan Annan defender Steven Swinglehurst has picked up a knee injury which will rule him out for the visit of East Stirling. Manager Harry Cairney's resources will be stretched as Graeme Bell, Jack Steele, Steven Sloan and David Murray are all also missing through injury. But Cairney is determined his side will build on two solid away performances to end the first quarter of the season undefeated at home. Cairney said: "We have been behind to Queen's Park and Elgin, two sides at the top of the table, and came back to get a point in both games. "It would be great to build on these displays by getting the three points that will move us close to the pack of clubs in the top half of the table." East Stirling are without the injured quartet of Craig Donaldson, Rhys Devlin, Jamie Benton and Michael Herd. Head coach John Coughlin does however welcome back Philipp Zufel to his squad after work commitments in Germany. Coughlin said: "We did really well last Saturday to bounce back from losing a first-minute penalty to defeat Peterhead and we are now looking to build on that at Galabank. "Annan have done well in their last two games at Hampden and Borough Briggs where they have hit their opponents hard with quick breaks from midfield, however we are going there looking to pick up a result. "Having Philipp back will help as he showed on his recent debut that he can add value to our midfield."
