Peter Weatherson returns from suspension for League Two leaders Annan
League Two leaders Annan have Peter Weatherson available to face Arbroath at Galabank after a two-game ban.
Bryan Gilfillan continues to be absent with a gashed leg and David Ferguson is an injury doubt.
Manager Jim Chapman said: "We did well to defeat Berwick Rangers last week as we were not playing near our best. We hung in and got a goal and whilst we know that we can play better we got the win.
"Arbroath will make it just as hard for us as Berwick did and hopefully we will play better. We will definitely need that same level of resilience regardless of how we play."
Arbroath are without the suspended Ricky Little and Kieran Stewart (hip).
Manager Todd Lumsden is demanding more consistency from his players.
Lumsden explained: "Against East Fire and Stirling Albion recently we have had one half of really good football and one poor half. Against East Fife it was the second half and against Stirling it was the first.
"We know that we can be a good side but we need to show it for a full game. Annan are a team who have found a way to win consistently and we have to play well for the full game to beat them."
