Galabankies vanquish Spiders to pull clear at the top
Annan extended their lead at the top of Ladbrokes League Two to three points with a 3-1 home win over Queen's Park.
A sixth win from 10 league games so far this season, against one of their closest challengers, strengthened Annan's position at the top of the standings.
Smart Osadolor struck the first in the 36 minute and Peter Weatherson added a close-range second three minutes before half-time.
Paul Woods fired high into the net with 21 minutes remaining to give the visitors hope, but they could not find an equaliser and the hosts sealed the points in stoppage time as Josh Todd scored.
