Annan beaten again as Clyde cut gap
Clyde are just a point behind Annan at the top of Scottish League Two after a 3-2 victory at their title rivals.
Scott Linton's unstoppable shot fired Clyde into a fifth-minute lead and Scott McLaughlin curled in the second in the 18th minute, only for Peter Weatherson to pull one back three minutes later with a free-kick.
Two fine saves from Jordan Hart kept Annan in the game, but David Marsh restored Clyde's two-goal advantage with a header from McLaughlin's cross in the 64th minute.
Annan finally pulled a goal back in the first minute of injury time when Matt Flynn teed up Smart Osadolor but it proved too little, too late for the hosts as they slipped to a second successive defeat.
