Arbroath stage second-half fightback to deny leaders Annan
Strugglers Arbroath came back from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw against League Two leaders Annan Athletic at Galabank.
Annan went in front after 35 minutes when Peter Weatherson's left-foot strike swept past Arbroath goalkeeper Allan Fleming to score his ninth goal of the season.
The hosts got their second when Smart Osadolor smashed in his eighth goal of the season 15 minutes after the break, but The Red Lichties fought back.
The visitors replied four minutes later through Robert Linn before he turned provider for Greg Rutherford who slotted his shot into the bottom-right corner to send Arbroath level on points with Berwick in ninth with goal-difference separating the two. Annan remain top with a three-point gap above Clyde.
